IMPORTANT SAFETY, CODE & NET METERING DISCLAIMER

Before installing or connecting an EZ1-LV microinverter to any electrical outlet, the consumer is solely responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, municipal, utility, electrical, building, and fire codes and requirements.

Consumers must also confirm with their electric utility whether a net metering, interconnection, distributed energy, or other utility agreement, application, inspection, or approval is required before connecting the system to the utility grid.

DO NOT OVERLOAD THE OUTLET OR CIRCUIT. The EZ1-LV microinverter must only be connected to an outlet and circuit that is properly rated for the inverter's electrical output and installed in accordance with all applicable electrical codes. Do not exceed the rated amperage of the outlet, circuit, wiring, or circuit breaker.

The outlet/circuit used for the solar input should be solely dedicated to the solar system unless a qualified electrician and applicable electrical codes specifically permit otherwise. Do not connect other electrical loads, appliances, extension cords, power strips, or equipment to a circuit being used for the solar input if doing so could exceed the circuit's rated capacity.

A 15-amp or 20-amp outlet does not automatically mean that the circuit is suitable for every application. The consumer is responsible for confirming the complete circuit configuration, including the breaker, wiring, receptacle, circuit rating, and any other connected loads.

Installation, modification, or connection to a building's electrical system should be performed by a qualified electrician or other appropriately licensed professional where required by law.

Failure to comply with applicable codes, utility requirements, circuit limitations, or installation instructions may result in electrical hazards, fire, equipment damage, property damage, injury, or loss of utility interconnection privileges.

The seller/manufacturer does not guarantee that a particular installation is code-compliant or eligible for net metering or utility interconnection. The consumer is solely responsible for determining and satisfying all applicable requirements before installation and operation.
